5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem.io is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment processing, customer service inquiries, and returns. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your payment is processed by Creem.io and you agree to Creem's Buyer Terms of Service.
