Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for purchases on FacelessFrames.com provided you have used less than 10% of your purchased credits or subscription allowance. Once you have used 10% or more of your bought amount, the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Usage-based credits, one-time top-ups, and custom enterprise plans are non-refundable once they have been consumed or provisioned.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at admin@facelessframes.com with your order number. Once we approve your refund under the 10% condition, our Merchant of Record (Creem.io) will process the refund.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed by Creem.io back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
